As the temperature rises here in Perth the more ice blocks we’re adding to our coffee. Recently the gals have been sipping on these Iced Maple Coffee’s in store. Try swapping your milk for something a little different. We may have added ice-cream with a drizzle of maple over the top too! #sometimesfood
- one shot of freshly brewed coffee (or two if it’s Monday). We use locally roasted, fair trade beans by Backyard Coffee.
- dash of organic maple syrup. We used strip by Honest To Goodness because it is authentic Canadian, organic syrup and owned by an Australian company.
- coconut, almond or dairy milk. We make our almond milk fresh every Saturday and it’s available for you to purchase by the litre. Buy a little, buy a lot.
No great brain strain here. Pour it all in together and blend. If you have a vitamix the more ice you add the more like a slushy it will be!
