Nothing worse than a summer cold hey?! I feel like everything is gaining speed as we hurtle towards the festive season. Work do’s, family, friends, shopping, food, my list keep getting longer I’m sure so I’ve felt a little like I need a boost of late. This works really well with a Vitamix blender because if you don’t have one the carrot is kinda in bits through your smoothie.
- 1/2 carrot, diced
- 1/2 peeled orange
- 1/2 banana (frozen is great for the warmer months)
- 1/2 cup raspberries (again frozen if you need to cool down)
- generous spoonful of CoYo Yoghurt
Pop everything together along with a cup of filtered water or coconut water in your blender and blend until you reach your desired consistency. You might need to add a little more liquid depends how smooth you like your smoothies!
